About the role
Coordinate service delivery processes including account activations and reporting. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure contract documentation and service requests are handled efficiently.

• Process account activations for new and existing clients. • Maintain filing system for signed contracts. • Liaise with stakeholders for contract signing and documentation. • Handle service requests from sales and communicate updates. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on service activities.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's Degree. • 5 years experience. • Excellent verbal and written communication. • Basic knowledge of wired and wireless technology. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
