About the role
Provide first-line technical support to end users, managing incidents and service requests to ensure business continuity. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues while maintaining accurate documentation and communication.
What you’ll do
• Log, categorize, prioritize, and manage incidents and requests. • Provide remote and on-site support for hardware and software. • Monitor infrastructure and respond to alerts. • Support identity, access, and security activities. • Create and update knowledge articles and escalate issues.
What you’ll bring
• Graduate degree or equivalent. • 1-2 years customer-facing IT support experience. • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows OS. • Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. • Work authorization for India.
