About the role

What you’ll do
• Perform daily merchant settlements and calculate fees. • Reconcile transactions across systems and providers. • Prepare payment instructions and monitor funds. • Investigate discrepancies and maintain reports. • Drive process automation using AI-powered tools.
What you’ll bring
• 2–3+ years in FinTech or Payment Operations. • Strong understanding of payment flows and settlements. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL and Power BI advantageous. • Experience with process automation and AI tools. • English B2+ and ability to work independently.
