About the role
Lead the operations and performance of Guesty Shield globally, managing claims and commercial relationships. Drive improvements in retention, efficiency, and profitability while launching new products.
What you’ll do
• Own day-to-day Shield operations across markets. • Manage and develop internal claims team. • Oversee claims journey and ensure timely payments. • Lead retention initiatives to reduce churn. • Manage insurer and partner commercial relationships.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in program management or related field. • Experience in short-term/vacation rental industry. • Proven team management experience. • Experience managing insurers and commercial negotiations. • Work authorization for Canada required.
