About the role
Join Kong's global Platform SRE team to build, operate, and scale a multi-region SaaS platform powering API connectivity. Focus on reliability, scalability, and security across AWS, GCP, and Azure environments.
What you’ll do
• Operate and scale Kong's global SaaS platform. • Build and maintain Kubernetes infrastructure and deployment workflows. • Design and optimize multi-region data and caching layers. • Develop CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows. • Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation and improve operational playbooks.
What you’ll bring
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience. • Experience managing enterprise-scale SaaS or PaaS systems. • Expertise in Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code tools. • Proficiency in programming languages like Go, Python, Bash. • Work authorization for USA or remote role.
