About the role
The Site Reliability Engineer will proactively prevent incidents, lead agile teams in troubleshooting, and support multiple technologies. The role involves monitoring system health, optimizing performance, and driving automation to improve reliability.
What you’ll do
• Proactively prevent incidents using data analytics. • Lead agile teams in troubleshooting system problems. • Provide on-call support during critical incidents. • Facilitate SRE assessments and maturity plans. • Develop automation scripts to reduce operational toil.
What you’ll bring
• Degree in Computer Science or related field. • Experience with Azure cloud, Windows and Linux OS. • Knowledge of ITSM and Incident Management. • Skills in KQL, CI/CD, Ansible, PowerShell, Shell scripting. • Work authorization for Philippines.
