About the role
Manage data center site strategy and portfolio development projects. Lead cross-functional teams to support utility and land development for digital infrastructure.
What you’ll do
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineers and planners. • Build trust with clients and regulatory entities. • Identify and evaluate land opportunities for data centers. • Manage project goals, budgets, and schedules. • Drive due diligence, zoning, permitting, and infrastructure processes.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in related field plus 8 years experience. • Experience with colocation and hyperscale data center projects. • U.S. work authorization required. • Preferred: Licensed Professional Engineer or advanced degree. • Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
