About the role
Support sleep health team in non-customer-facing role focused on CPAP machine and mask support. Assist with home sleep test consultations, therapy setup, CRM tracking, and product recommendations.
What you’ll do
• Support CPAP machine and mask selection for diagnosed patients. • Review home sleep test results and prepare therapy recommendations. • Maintain accurate CRM records for patient files. • Process warranty claims and exchanges via manufacturer portals. • Liaise with sales, consultant, and warehouse teams.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in Australian private CPAP/sleep therapy market. • Strong technical knowledge of CPAP devices and accessories. • Experience interpreting home sleep test or compliance data. • Comfortable working independently in remote back-office role. • High attention to detail in CRM data entry.
