About the role
Manage social media enquiries, engage prospective customers, and capture leads in Zoho CRM for sales follow-up.
What you’ll do
• Respond to messages and enquiries on social media platforms. • Provide accurate product and promotion information. • Capture customer details and interests. • Record and update leads in Zoho CRM. • Prepare activity summaries and share feedback with sales team.
What you’ll bring
