About the role
Responsible for operation, support, governance, and continuous improvement of AI, automation, and digital services. Focus on service reliability, operational excellence, and support across AI service lifecycle.
What you’ll do
• Design and improve AI-enabled solutions and digital services. • Provide operational support including monitoring and incident management. • Lead complex workstreams and contribute to solution design. • Support onboarding and transition of AI solutions into operations. • Collaborate with teams to deliver secure and compliant solutions.
What you’ll bring
• 3-6 years experience with AI-enabled applications or automation. • Experience with AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI solutions. • Hands-on with business-critical application lifecycle support. • Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, AI governance. • Work authorization for India required.
