About the role
Build software behind IMC’s AI-powered engineering workflows. Collaborate with engineers to design, implement, and improve AI tooling solutions.
What you’ll do
• Partner with engineering teams to understand workflows and needs. • Own software projects from design to delivery and improvement. • Develop agent harnesses and workspace capabilities for AI coding tools. • Improve agent workflows accessing internal system context. • Develop shared tooling for MCP servers and reusable components.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years relevant work experience. • Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering or Computer Science. • Strong programming in Python or Java. • Experience building developer tools, APIs, or production systems. • Work authorization for United States.
