About the role
Build and scale Netflix Cloud developer platforms and infrastructure-as-code products. Own end-to-end developer experience and core infrastructure workflows with focus on reliability and scalability.
What you’ll do
• Scale Netflix developer platforms from early adoption to broad usage. • Own end-to-end Netflix Cloud developer experience across SDLC. • Build and run Tier-0 control planes for core infrastructure workflows. • Define AI agent interaction with Netflix infrastructure. • Set platform defaults and guardrails for self-serve experience.
What you’ll bring
• Built or scaled a developer platform in production. • Makes strong product decisions from customer goals. • Comfortable setting direction with minimal structure. • Experience with multi-language codebases (Java/Kotlin/Go). • Strong distributed systems fundamentals. • Work authorization for US.
