About the role
This role owns quality and automation for large enterprise deployments, working closely with customers and engineering to develop a world-class QA function using agentic tooling. You will ensure environment consistency, automate bug handling, and improve internal testing.
What you’ll do
• Keep SaaS and PaaS environments consistent. • Build automation for bug triage and resolution. • Run repeatable bug bashes on new features. • Own bug reporting and quality trend communication. • Work closely with customers on issue reporting and validation.
What you’ll bring
• Strong production software engineering experience. • Hands-on test automation and CI quality gates. • Experience using AI or agentic tooling. • Experience working directly with enterprise customers. • Work authorization for USA.
