About the role
Serve as the primary technical contact for APAC and Middle East customers. Lead Proof of Value, deployment, and support phases for Silent Eight's AI compliance software.
What you’ll do
• Act as primary technical contact for APAC and Middle East customers. • Run Proof of Value engagements with customer data. • Design scalable, secure solutions integrating client systems. • Provide third-line support and unblock customer issues. • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years in solution or software architecture. • English proficiency at C1 level or higher. • Hands-on Kubernetes deployment and troubleshooting experience. • Strong Java background and microservices knowledge. • Based in Singapore or Poland, able to work Singapore time.
