About the role
Lead technical and experiential wins by designing next-generation customer engagement experiences. Help customers across APJ build intelligent workflows blending voice, messaging, AI, and human agents.
What you’ll do
• Lead client discovery sessions to identify business challenges. • Translate customer requirements into architecture and roadmaps. • Deliver customized demos and proof-of-concepts. • Address technical objections and respond to RFPs/RFIs. • Partner with Account Executives to accelerate deal closures.
