About the role
Serve as a technical expert in pre-sales, assisting organizations to transition from legacy email gateways to Abnormal AI’s platform. Partner with sales to deliver presentations, lead migration planning, and architect technical solutions.
What you’ll do
• Provide SME on email security architectures and technologies. • Build trusted relationships with customer technical staff and leadership. • Lead technical workshops and solution presentations. • Architect tailored solutions for seamless migrations. • Guide customers through SEG displacement and migration.
What you’ll bring
• Microsoft Certified or similar certifications required. • Experience with email systems and security technologies. • Proven customer-facing and presentation skills. • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements. • Work authorization for role location.
