About the role
Help enterprise customers in Canada connect business and technical challenges to practical outcomes with Glean. Partner with Account Executives to lead discovery, demos, technical evaluations, and security conversations.
What you’ll do
• Partner with Account Executives on multi-stakeholder deal cycles. • Lead technical discovery to understand customer goals and requirements. • Create tailored customer environments and demos. • Manage technical proofs of concept with customers. • Lead customer-facing technical and security discussions.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in Sales or Solutions Engineering at a SaaS company. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. • Experience with enterprise technical sales cycles. • Familiarity with GCP, AWS, or Azure cloud environments. • Proficiency in Python or Java. • Ability to configure and maintain API integrations.
