About the role
The Solutions Engineer improves technical sales and expansion by leading technical discovery and solutioning early in customer conversations. They ensure faster technical approval and support post-sale adoption and expansion.
What you’ll do
• Join high-priority deals early as technical partner. • Lead technical discovery and solutioning. • Translate customer architecture into integration plans. • Support post-sale solutioning and expansion. • Build solutions playbooks and maintain knowledge base.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in technical pre-sales solutioning. • Strong technical foundation in CS or STEM. • Experience with APIs. • Critical thinking and consultative approach. • Work authorization for US.
