About the role
Assist in managing the kitchen operation to meet Hyatt International's standards and guest expectations. Support the Chef de Cuisine in running the all day dining kitchen as a profitable unit.
What you’ll do
• Assist efficient department running. • Meet Hyatt brand standards. • Ensure guest satisfaction. • Plan and control kitchen operations. • Support kitchen administration.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 2 years as Sous Chef or 4 years as Chef de Partie. • Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety. • Experience in luxury international brands preferred. • Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management advantageous. • Basic computer skills in MS Office preferred.
