About the role
Manage the school's Inclusion and Learning Support Department and support students with special educational needs. Collaborate with staff and engage parents to ensure inclusive education.
What you’ll do
• Establish and manage Inclusion and Learning Support Department. • Identify and track students with special educational needs. • Develop and review Individualized Education Programs. • Provide training for Teaching Assistants and teachers. • Coordinate with parents and external specialists.
What you’ll bring
• Master's Degree in Special Education or related field. • 5 years experience as SEND Coordinator or similar. • Experience in International Baccalaureate or International School. • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office. • Fluency in written and spoken English.
