About the role
Design and develop transit electronics solutions working with cross-functional teams. Ensure compliance with quality standards and support project scheduling and process improvements.
What you’ll do
• Perform technical work meeting ISO9001 and CMMI requirements. • Read and interpret PCB, electrical and mechanical schematics. • Design 2D and 3D engineering drawings for fabrication. • Create and review BOMs, test and assembly instructions. • Support business development and engineering process improvements.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with SolidWorks certification. • 2-4 years experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, 3D modeling. • Knowledge of Pneumatic, Hydraulic and HVAC systems is a plus. • Able to travel 10-25% for design review meetings. • Legal authorization to work in Canada.
