About the role
Lead technical architecture and build AI solutions for SPARK, an internal AI incubation team at NICE. Advise on tech stack, build prototypes, and scale to enterprise-grade tools.
What you’ll do
• Set technical direction for AI solutions and tools. • Build agentic AI solutions and integrations. • Define enterprise-grade standards for AI tools. • Advise business and tech leaders on AI feasibility. • Mentor team and review designs and code.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's in CS or related field, Master's preferred. • 10+ years software engineering experience. • 3+ years with LLM-powered AI systems. • Expert in Python and/or TypeScript coding. • Work authorization for India.
