About the role
Support study training compliance and delegation of authority matrix management for clinical research studies. Ensure site staff readiness and regulatory adherence through training tracking and documentation.
What you’ll do
• Track clinical staff training completion. • Verify training aligns with assigned roles. • Maintain DOA matrix and confirm role assignments. • Upload and manage training records in eISF. • Support audits and sponsor document requests.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Life Sciences or related field. • Minimum 2 years clinical research or compliance experience. • Knowledge of clinical research operations and compliance. • Proficient with Microsoft Office and clinical platforms. • Work authorization for United States required.
