About the role
Build and run sports programs with accountability and urgency. Own planning, sales, execution, customer experience and growth of leagues.
What you’ll do
• Assess demand, prepare budgets and launch timelines. • Follow up with players and convert enquiries into registrations. • Coordinate staff, referees, coaches and equipment. • Build partnerships and increase repeat registrations. • Track registrations, revenue, costs and retention.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in sports leagues or program operations. • Passion for sport with real involvement. • Strong organization and numerical skills. • Fluent spoken and written English. • Ability to coordinate people remotely.
Life at Community Sports Partners
Compensation includes $1,000–$1,500 monthly plus performance bonuses. Progression to Manager role possible after six months.
