About the role
The Sr Analyst supports FP&A activities for their business area, delivering financial and operational analyses to inform strategic decisions. They collaborate cross-functionally and with executive leadership to drive business planning and investment.
What you’ll do
• Produce monthly financial reports with KPIs and commentary. • Report financial performance and trends to FP&A team. • Conduct ad hoc analysis and investigate variances. • Coordinate forecasting and budgeting with business leaders. • Build and maintain accurate forecast models.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field. • 3+ years FP&A or relevant finance experience. • Experience with Workday and Adaptive Insights. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Work authorization for US and ability to work Eastern time zone.
