About the role
The Sr Business Systems Analyst develops and communicates technical content for Patient Access and Affordability Solutions programs. They collaborate with teams to ensure successful program implementation and provide subject matter expertise.
What you’ll do
• Develop integrated/custom solutions for PAAS customers. • Architect and visualize integration points and customer journeys. • Collaborate with PAAS teams and stakeholders. • Assist Client Account Management Team at launch or complex programs. • Mentor and train new Client Account Management members.
What you’ll bring
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical landscape and patient assistance programs. • Minimum BA or BS degree. • 3-5 years in account management, technical writing or project management. • Ability to work in fast-paced environment. • Work authorization for United States.
