About the role
Manage and execute complex clinical projects ensuring safety and effectiveness of Balt products. Oversee project teams and vendors to meet timelines and budgets.
What you’ll do
• Manage and coordinate one or more clinical trials. • Ensure trial audit readiness and lead audits. • Communicate effectively with project team and leadership. • Develop and manage project budgets and timelines. • Support CRO/vendor selection and management.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree required, science/health preferred. • 8+ years clinical/scientific research or medical device trials. • Ability to manage multiple global complex projects. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Work authorization for United States.
