About the role
Manage and expand existing customer relationships to drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities. Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to align on customer goals and growth strategies.
What you’ll do
• Own commercial relationship for existing customers. • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities. • Lead renewal process and contract negotiations. • Partner with Customer Success Managers on account plans. • Maintain forecasts and CRM updates.
What you’ll bring
• 12+ years in account executive or renewal sales roles. • Proven track record meeting expansion and renewal targets. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management. • High emotional intelligence and trust-building skills. • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Gainsight, or equivalent).
