About the role
Join Zscaler's Cloud Operations team to deploy, maintain, and scale physical server and network infrastructure in global data centers. This remote role supports critical production environments with hands-on technical fieldwork and vendor coordination.
What you’ll do
• Execute rack-and-stack deployments and structured cabling. • Troubleshoot and remediate hardware and network faults. • Manage operational ticket queues and maintenance activities. • Coordinate with engineering teams and third-party technicians. • Maintain asset tracking documentation and support travel.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in production data center environments. • Experience with AI tools or automation for workflows. • U.S. citizenship required. • Technical knowledge of servers, network hardware, and cabling. • Proficient with Linux/Unix CLI and management tools.
