About the role
Lead strategic planning and execution for revenue operations, driving operational rigor and cross-functional initiatives. Manage teams and partner with executives to ensure measurable impact and operational excellence.
What you’ll do
• Define and operationalize bi-annual roadmap with VP of RevOps. • Lead execution of cross-functional initiatives across RevOps functions. • Drive capacity planning and prioritization of high-impact work. • Partner with VP on executive communications and strategic reviews. • Coach and manage director-level reports and their teams.
What you’ll bring
• 15+ years in Revenue Operations or related leadership roles. • 5+ years in director or VP roles. • Experience in B2B SaaS and performance marketing. • Fluent in Agentic AI and Google environment applications. • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
