About the role
Lead air permitting for power generation and rocket propulsion programs in Texas and Louisiana. Manage permit applications and represent SpaceX with regulatory agencies.
What you’ll do
• Lead air permitting in Texas and Louisiana. • Prepare permit applications, amendments, and renewals. • Build technical records including emission inventories and modeling. • Advise engineering on permit strategy and equipment selection. • Represent SpaceX with TCEQ, LDEQ, and EPA.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's in environmental or chemical engineering. • 7+ years in complex air permitting. • U.S. citizenship or eligible for ITAR authorization. • Willing to work onsite in TX or LA. • Willing to travel 20% and work extended hours.
