About the role
Lead large conceptual EPC bids and provide leadership in estimating for assigned industry or market. Manage bid teams and ensure accurate, competitive estimates for complex projects.
What you’ll do
• Lead large EPC bid conceptual estimates. • Manage and mentor estimating team members. • Perform site visits and scope determination. • Review and finalize bid estimates. • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience. • 5-7 years construction estimating experience. • Knowledge of EPC, DB, JV contract types. • Experience leading bids and contract negotiations. • Ability to manage and supervise multiple employees.
