About the role
Lead large conceptual EPC bids and provide leadership in estimating for assigned industry or market. Manage bid teams and ensure accurate, competitive estimates for large projects.
What you’ll do
• Lead large EPC bid estimates from RFP to final review. • Provide leadership and coordination to estimators. • Manage bid teams and supervise direct reports. • Perform site visits and scope determination. • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience. • 5-7 years construction estimating experience. • Knowledge of EPC, DB, JV contract types. • Experience leading bids and contract negotiations. • Work authorization for United States.
