Lead the team building LTK's foundational AI capabilities and develop shared models, services, and tools. Define AI platform roadmap and enable teams to build and deploy AI effectively.
What you’ll do
• Build shared AI capabilities for multiple teams. • Shape AI platform roadmap with engineering and product leaders. • Support integration and provide technical guidance. • Deliver production-ready AI systems with engineering. • Manage team performance and career development.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years in data science or machine learning. • 3+ years managing data science or ML teams. • Experience shipping and operating AI systems. • Strong technical foundation in ML and statistics. • Authorization to work in the U.S.
