About the role
Lead the Continuous Monitoring team to measure and ensure Databricks' security controls are effective across cloud and enterprise systems. Manage engineering efforts to automate compliance and security posture monitoring.
What you’ll do
• Hire and develop security software engineers. • Own strategy and roadmap for continuous monitoring platform. • Define and track control coverage and accuracy metrics. • Present findings to senior leadership. • Partner cross-functionally with GRC, IT, Legal, and Engineering.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years managing engineering or security teams. • 12+ years experience in security engineering or compliance automation. • Technical depth in Python and cloud security. • Knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP frameworks. • Work authorization for USA remote role.
