About the role
Design and qualify custom equipment and automation systems for high-volume Starlink production. Own manufacturing equipment from design through production ramp.
What you’ll do
• Own manufacturing subsystems and equipment lifecycle. • Develop design criteria and collaborate cross-functionally. • Perform FMEA, reliability modeling, and stress testing. • Design production equipment and automation systems. • Optimize uptime with data analytics and maintenance strategies.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or related engineering. • 5+ years mechanical design or manufacturing experience. • 3+ years experience with CAD and FEA software. • U.S. work authorization per ITAR requirements. • Ability to travel ~25% and lift up to 25 lbs.
