About the role
Serve as primary Sales Operations partner for a NORAM Business Unit. Improve forecast visibility, sales performance, and operational execution.
What you’ll do
• Serve as Sales Operations partner to NORAM Business Unit leadership. • Coordinate sales operating cadence and reviews. • Analyze sales KPIs to identify trends and opportunities. • Support sales planning and territory design. • Lead cross-functional projects and analytics workstreams.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years in Sales or Revenue Operations or Business Analytics. • Experience supporting sales leaders operationally or analytically. • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and forecasting. • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and Salesforce. • Experience with Tableau or similar BI platforms.
