About the role
Lead and support oversight of Fintech Partner audits for the BaaS program. Collaborate with internal experts and partners to ensure audit requirements are met and risks are managed.
What you’ll do
• Develop processes to enhance BaaS Risk & Controls Program. • Create and maintain Partner Audit Risk assessments. • Facilitate Partner audits with external and internal audit firms. • Coordinate scheduling of Partner audits. • Review audit findings and remediation plans.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 5+ years bank Internal Audit or IT Risk and Controls experience. • Knowledge of FinTech and regulatory compliance. • Strong analytical and communication skills. • Work authorization for the hiring location.
