About the role
The Sr. Sales Development Representative drives outbound prospecting using AI tools to build pipeline and generate qualified leads. This role supports New Business Directors by sourcing meetings and managing AI agents to optimize sales workflows.
What you’ll do
• Build and maintain outbound qualified lead pipeline. • Spend 3-4 hours daily cold calling prospects. • Manage multiple AI tools and optimize workflows. • Oversee AI agents and audit their output. • Maintain CRM data integrity and hand-off leads.
What you’ll bring
• 1-3 years outbound SDR/sales experience. • Ability to spend 3+ hours daily on phone calls. • Curious about AI in sales and tool usage. • Strong email writing and executive communication. • Work authorization for USA.
