About the role
Protect and drive the SpaceX mission by securing infrastructure and systems. Design and operate secure Kubernetes platforms and respond to production incidents.
What you’ll do
• Design on-premises Kubernetes platforms and dependencies. • Lead cluster lifecycle including upgrades and capacity. • Build automation for platform provisioning and operation. • Harden clusters and workloads with security best practices. • Respond to production incidents and implement fixes.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in STEM or 2+ years experience with diploma. • 5+ years operating on-premises Kubernetes in production. • 5+ years Linux system administration and Python or Go. • Valid driver's license and onsite work required. • Must pass Air Force background check and meet ITAR requirements.
