About the role
Drive adoption of modern reliability practices and own production reliability for CentralReach's platforms. Collaborate with software engineering to improve system architecture and operational readiness.
What you’ll do
• Own production reliability and uptime for production environments. • Define and improve SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and dashboards. • Analyze and resolve operational issues affecting service reliability. • Build and automate observability capabilities and capacity forecasting. • Provide production support including incident and problem management.
What you’ll bring
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Datadog and Prometheus. • Strong understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions. • Knowledge of cloud providers, preferably AWS, and cloud-native infrastructure. • Experience with containerization technologies including Kubernetes and Helm. • Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or Go.
