About the role
Build SMART on FHIR apps integrated with EHR systems like Epic and Oracle Health. Handle patient data under HIPAA daily in a small team environment.
What you’ll do
• Build and ship SMART on FHIR apps with OAuth 2.0 and backend authorization. • Design and build server side FHIR R4 APIs and data model mappings. • Develop CDS Hooks services meeting EHR time limits. • Manage EHR vendor onboarding and go-live processes. • Handle PHI securely with encryption and audit trails.
What you’ll bring
• BS in computer science or equivalent experience. • 6+ years software development, 3+ in EHR integrations. • Hands-on experience building SMART on FHIR apps. • Experience with FHIR R4 resource modeling and terminology. • Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
