About the role
Lead and coach a high performing Reservoir Engineering team supporting Shell assets globally. Coordinate Rs1 Workflow Consultancy activities and engage with multiple corporate functions.
What you’ll do
• Work with Reservoir Engineers to improve Rs1 application usage. • Support volumetrics assessment and reporting cycles. • Perform quality checks and stakeholder verification. • Lead Rs1 Workflow Consultancy workload and governance. • Manage team hiring, onboarding, and performance.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years experience in oil and gas Reservoir Engineering. • Degree in Petroleum Engineering or relevant discipline. • Knowledge of Reserves & Resources Reporting and Business Planning. • Experience with Agile software development is a plus. • Work authorization for India.
