About the role
Lead full-cycle recruiting for senior Research and Engineering roles at AssemblyAI. Build pipelines and partner with leaders to hire top talent in ML and AI research.
What you’ll do
• Own full-cycle recruiting for senior Research and Engineering roles. • Build outbound pipelines targeting frontier labs and academic groups. • Partner with leaders to define profiles and design interview loops. • Conduct technical screens and provide evidence-based candidate assessments. • Lead complex offer negotiations including equity and international candidates.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years technical recruiting in ML/AI research or engineering. • Strong outbound sourcing and network in ML/AI research community. • Technical fluency to discuss model training and inference. • Experience closing senior candidates with competing offers. • Familiarity with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI sourcing tools.
