About the role
Lead and grow a team to improve developer tooling and internal platform capabilities. Enhance engineering experience across GitLab’s internal teams by building scalable solutions and improving workflows.
What you’ll do
• Lead team for developer tooling and platform capabilities. • Set roadmap for Kubernetes-based developer workflows. • Design reusable onboarding and deployment patterns. • Make environment bring-up deterministic and reliable. • Partner with teams to simplify Kubernetes workflows.
What you’ll bring
• Experience building developer tooling or CI/CD systems. • Strong hands-on Go and Ruby experience. • Practical Kubernetes production workload experience. • Technical leadership and cross-functional influence. • Work authorization for listed locations.
