About the role
Lead the design and build of a stateful, distributed Supportability Decision Layer to enable safe, compliant merchant onboarding and payment expansion globally. Serve as technical lead for the Dublin team, architecting backend services and AI/ML pipelines for real-time risk decisioning.
What you’ll do
• Lead technical vision and architecture of Supportability Decision Layer. • Architect AI/ML orchestration and decision aggregation pipelines. • Design high-throughput, low-latency distributed backend services. • Define domain models and interfaces for risk detection. • Mentor engineers and drive technical alignment globally.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years backend software engineering experience. • Proven technical lead or staff engineer experience. • Strong API and backend architecture design skills. • Excellent communication and leadership abilities. • Work authorization for Ireland.
