About the role
Lead technical direction for platforms and workflows enabling engineering teams to ship reliably. Drive multi-quarter platform strategy across build, test, deploy, and operate stages on AWS and GCP.
What you’ll do
• Set and drive Internal Developer Platform technical roadmap. • Author and review RFCs and design docs org-wide. • Lead high-severity production incident retrospectives. • Mentor senior and staff engineers across teams. • Own and evolve Internal Developer Platform as a product.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years engineering experience with software development. • 7+ years building and operating cloud infrastructure at scale. • Experience with multi-account, multi-cluster Kubernetes platforms. • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code and GitOps practices. • Strong CI/CD system design and service mesh experience.
