About the role
Lead the design and operation of Tinder's agent platform enabling internal teams to build safe, reliable AI tools. Collaborate closely with teams to solve real challenges and ensure platform security and observability.
What you’ll do
• Design and own agent platform architecture and roadmap. • Build identity and delegation systems for agents. • Implement fine-grained access control policies. • Enforce guardrails against prompt injection and data exfiltration. • Operate platform with on-call responsibilities and incident response.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years backend or platform engineering experience. • Experience with OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and authorization systems. • Strong Python or TypeScript skills. • Ability to collaborate with security and internal teams. • Work authorization for US.
