About the role
Lead development of automated recommendation research and generative retrieval models. Build and improve AI agents for recommendation systems.
What you’ll do
• Own major technical area in automated recommendation research. • Build LLM agents for hypothesis generation and experiments. • Develop evaluations for agent behavior and research outputs. • Contribute to generative retrieval models and production integration. • Collaborate with teams to shape technical approaches and support adoption.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's in CS, ML or related field or equivalent experience. • 8+ years building and shipping ML or AI systems. • Experience building LLM agents or agentic AI systems. • Strong ML fundamentals and software engineering skills. • US work authorization required.
