About the role
Lead the development of personalized recommendation systems and large language model applications for Spotify's Home feed. Drive technical direction and optimize machine learning models at global scale.
What you’ll do
• Own and improve ML models powering Home feed and Shortcuts. • Design and ship personalized recommendations globally. • Train and optimize large language models. • Partner with cross-functional teams on experimentation. • Drive A/B testing and continuous model optimization.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years in production ML systems. • Expertise in recommendation systems and personalization. • Proficient in Python and PyTorch. • Experience with large language model training and optimization. • Work authorization in North Americas region.
